- circa 216 miles to the popular biking venue, The Owls Nest, Llandovery.
- Route
- - Outbound via Thruxton / Builth Wells / an unusual dual carriageway / Llandovery
- - Return via Upper Chapel, and of course Lower Chapel / Monmouth / Severn View

- The Owls Nest, Llandovery - Lunch stop
- Theatr B! Café, Brecon
End Point / time
- At Severn view Services, arrival circa 5.15-5.30pm
